We are transitioning our standard cable flag range to PVC to achieve maximum flexibility on ultra-thin wires. Because of this, we are clearing our remaining stock of Pearlised Polypropylene (PP) flags at a heavy discount. These are not sub-standard labels; they are highly stable, hydrophobic, and chemically resilient markers that are ideal for standard cables, hoses, and inventory. If you are marking cables larger than 5 mm OD, or standard calibration hand tools, these PP flags deliver a highly professional, high-contrast finish at a fraction of the cost of PVC.
The Technical Reality: PP vs. PVC
Polypropylene (PP) is structurally stiffer than PVC. While this gives PP flags a crisp, professional, lay-flat appearance, it also means the material has a higher "elastic memory."
Our advice: If you are labeling high-density, patch leads or high-vibration sensor wires, use our PVC range. If you are identifying standard power cables, conduit runs, pneumatic hoses, calibration hand tools, or asset inventory, these pearlised PP labels will easily meet your operational requirements.
