Precision Measurement for Pure and General Water Applications

The Supmea SUP-TDS7001 Series offers a range of high-performance 2-pole stainless steel conductivity sensors designed specifically for the rigorous demands of water quality monitoring. Unlike polymer sensors, these robust stainless steel probes provide superior mechanical strength and highly stable cell geometry, ensuring accurate measurements in clean water applications ranging from ultra-pure pharmaceutical water to general industrial process water.

We stock this series with an Integrated PT1000 Temperature Sensor as standard, ensuring universal compatibility and precise automatic temperature compensation.

Select Your Cell Constant

Choosing the right cell constant is critical for accuracy. The TDS7001 is available in three precision-machined configurations:

1. The Ultra-Pure Specialist (K=0.01)

  • Range: 0.01 ... 20 µS/cm

  • Material: 304 Stainless Steel

  • Application: Designed for Ultra-Pure Water, RO (Reverse Osmosis) permeate, and DI (Deionized) water systems where conductivity is extremely low. The low cell constant acts like a "magnifier," providing high resolution for trace conductivity.

2. The Pure Water Standard (K=0.1)

  • Range: 0.1 ... 200 µS/cm

  • Material: 316 Stainless Steel

  • Application: Ideal for Boiler Feed Water, condensate return, and drinking water analysis. It offers a balance of sensitivity and range for clean industrial loops.

3. The General Industrial Workhorse (K=1.0)

  • Range: 1 ... 2000 µS/cm

  • Material: 316 Stainless Steel

  • Application: Perfect for General Industrial Water, raw water intake, and fresh cooling water circuits. This is the standard choice for water that has not been deeply demineralized.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Robust Stainless Steel Construction: Built from high-grade 304 or 316 Stainless Steel, these sensors are resistant to corrosion and high temperatures (up to 50°C), making them far more durable than plastic alternatives in clean water.

  • Standardized PT1000 Compensation: Equipped with a fast-acting PT1000 RTD, ensuring precise temperature compensation and compatibility with the vast majority of modern industrial transmitters.

  • Stable & Precise: The rigid stainless steel electrode arrangement maintains a constant geometry, eliminating the drift often seen in cheaper sensors.

  • Flexible Installation: Features standard 3/4" Threads (G3/4 or NPT3/4) for easy insertion into pipe tees or flow cells.

Which Sensor Do I Need?

The guidance below is best selection practice. In reality, the range you can use a sensor at is also dictated by the limitations of the instrument you connect the sensor to.

  • Go Low (K=0.01) if you are measuring water that is "purer than tap water" (RO/DI water).

  • Go Medium (K=0.1) for heat exchangers, boilers, and drinking water.

  • Go Standard (K=1.0) for raw water, tap water, or general cooling loops.

Professional Water Quality Monitoring

Ensure your critical water systems are monitored with the precision they deserve. The Supmea SUP-TDS7001 Series provides the durability of steel with the accuracy of laboratory instrumentation.
